Because balloons are perishable, they can occasionally be damaged in transit. However, we promise to do everything we can to solve the problem for you. Your balloons will be inflated the day before your desired delivery date and shipped 2-4
hours before being packed. This allows our team
Check faulty balloons and replace them if necessary.
We have never and would
never send a box of balloons that we wouldn't want to receive ourselves. (And since we work with balloons every day, we're a demanding bunch!)
For this reason, we recommend

Tips and Tricks
Things that your
inflated balloon will not fall:
- Contact with sharp or hot objects
- Claws, beaks and other playful, determined pets
- Being dragged through doorways
- Getting trapped in the trunk or doors
- Big or small hands that forget to hold
- Extreme weather
How to preserve them
We only use the highest quality balloons, so they will last a long time if you take good care of them. Your balloons will be most comfortable at room temperature.
If they were delivered the day before your celebration, take them out of the bag to make sure they are okay and then store them indoors until you need them.
top tips
Occasionally the ribbons on our balloon bundles can become tangled during transit. Although we do our best to avoid this, if they arrive slightly twisted, they just need a little care to get them back
to make it perfect.
