We reserve the right to change our FAQs at any time and it is your responsibility to read them before purchasing.
What are your delivery fees?
Our standard delivery charge is €7.95 and is between 09:00 and 18:00 on the requested date.
Morning delivery is between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm, and afternoon delivery is between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
inventory restrictions
Due to the current global situation, international suppliers are struggling to operate under current restrictions. We will endeavour to ensure your products are delivered exactly as described, however small adjustments to the design are possible to maintain quality. In the event of any significant changes, our online sales team will contact you with alternatives.
My article was incorrect
Because our products are handmade, occasional imperfections may occur. If your balloons arrive damaged during transit, please send us a photo of the product within 24 hours of receipt and we will fix the problem.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes can be made within one hour of placing the order. Please contact us via whatsapp (+49176-8123-2359) or email (balloons.de@gmail.com). Orders can be cancelled up to 5 working days before the delivery date. After that, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, the shipping address can be changed before shipping. Please note that an address change after shipping may cause a 24-hour delay.
Can I send my balloons to an event address?
Balloons.de can ship to any address in Berlin districts. Inform the event address that the balloons are arriving. If the item is signed for on the specified date, we cannot offer a refund in case the event address loses the balloons.
Caring for your balloons
Our inflated balloons last up to 5 days depending on storage. Keep the balloons at room temperature and inspect the products upon delivery to ensure you are satisfied.

For data protection reasons, we are only allowed to discuss orders with the paying customer.
Can I return my items?
We cannot accept returns on personalised and inflated orders. However, our returns policy allows the return of non-personalised balloons within 14 days if the items are faulty or damaged.
Refunds for damaged, lost or missing goods
If an item is missing or damaged, we will replace it or refund the cost of the missing or damaged item only. Damaged or lost orders must be reported within 7 days.
Recipient was not at home
We recommend informing the recipient that a package is arriving. If the recipient is absent, the courier will attempt to leave the package in a safe place. Refunds for delivery charges or items are not possible if the recipient is absent.
Can I send an anonymous gift?
Yes, no information is passed on to the recipient other than the message on the card.
