Balloons.de return policy
Refunds for damaged, lost or missing goods
If an item is missing or damaged in your order, we will replace it or refund you for the missing or damaged item only, not for the entire order.
If for any reason your balloons are delayed and you no longer require them or they arrive damaged and a full refund is requested, we reserve the right for them to either be refused on delivery or returned to us. (Any return postage costs will be refunded by us.)
Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 14 days of the chosen delivery date.
In other circumstances, a refund will be made at the discretion of Balloons.de.
Can I return my items?
We cannot accept returns on inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, these are perishable and individually made for each customer, so they cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty, your legal rights remain unaffected.
Our returns policy allows the return of non-personalized balloons within 14 days of delivery if the items are faulty or damaged. In the event that you have any issues with your order, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us and we aim to resolve any issues you have with your purchase.
